Order Processing Time
Orders typically process within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will process the next business day.

Shipping Options
We offer various shipping options to suit your needs, including Standard, Expedited, and Express Shipping. Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $99. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor your package's progress.

We ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally (contact us for rates)  Our estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days for Standard Shipping, 2-3 business days for Expedited Shipping, and 1-2 business days for Express Shipping.

Please note that weather-related delays, carrier service interruptions, and incorrect shipping addresses may affect delivery times.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
